This website is operated by WarehousesLeasing.com, an industrial property leasing business led by Jaberjeet Khatana and based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("we", "us"). We decide how the personal data described in this policy is used and are responsible for it.

When you send an enquiry

Our enquiry forms — on the contact page, on each property page and the build-to-suit form on the homepage — ask for your name, mobile number and email address. Depending on the form, they may also ask for your company name, a preferred site-visit date, your space requirement (location, area and type of facility) and a message. If you enquire from a property page, we also record which property you asked about.

When you submit a property

Owners and developers who use Submit a Property give us their name, mobile number, email address and, optionally, company name, together with details of the property and photographs.

• Photographs are stored as soon as you upload them, before you submit the form.
• Uploaded photographs are held at web addresses that anyone with the link can open. If we approve your property, its details and photographs are published on this site.
• We do not publish your contact details.

When you contact us directly

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share along with your phone number or email address. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Collected automatically when you use the site

• Hosting and security. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site. We also hold your IP address briefly in server memory to limit repeated form submissions; it is not saved with your enquiry.
• Analytics. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you arrived.
• Advertising measurement. The LinkedIn Insight Tag records the pages you view, how long you spend on them and the links and buttons you click, together with an identifier that lets LinkedIn connect your visit to a LinkedIn account or a LinkedIn ad you clicked. LinkedIn gives us aggregated reports; it does not tell us who individual visitors are.
• Click counts. When you use the WhatsApp button, we add one to a running total of clicks. The total is not linked to you.
• Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

What we don't ask for

Our forms do not ask for financial details, identity documents or other sensitive information. Please don't include them in your messages.

We use personal data to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange site visits or callbacks;
• understand your requirement and send you details of properties that may suit it;
• review submitted properties, publish approved listings and email submitters a confirmation;
• keep a record of enquiries and submitted properties so we can follow them up;
• protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse;
• understand how the site is used and improve it;
• measure our advertising on LinkedIn and show our ads to people who have visited the site;
• comply with the law and deal with any dispute.

We use the details you send us because you provided them for us to respond to your enquiry or to list your property. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — see Your rights.

• Property owners and developers. When you ask about a property or request a site visit, we may pass your name, company and requirement to the owner or developer of that property, or their representative, to arrange the visit or take your enquiry forward.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery) and Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Fonts). They process data on our instructions.
• Google and LinkedIn also use the data their tags collect under their own policies: see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
• Authorities and advisers, where the law requires it or where we need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• A successor, if the business is transferred, who may use the data only as this policy describes.

We do not sell personal data.

Our service providers may store and process data outside India, including in the United States. We transfer data outside India only as Indian law permits.

We keep enquiry and property-submission records for as long as we need them to respond, follow up and complete any resulting lease, and after that only for as long as the law requires or allows us to keep business records. Then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Details and photographs of a published property stay on the site while the listing is live. Cookie lifetimes are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Every page is served over HTTPS, enquiry and submission records can be opened only by authorised administrator accounts, and form submissions are rate limited. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it;
• stop using it where we rely on your consent (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it);
• record a person you nominate to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.

Email info@warehousesleasing.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. The Cookie Policy lists them and explains how to block or delete them.

This site is intended for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn and other services take you to sites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply.

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
